A displayed spot price, estimate, or online discussion is not a guaranteed offer to buy or sell. Final offers depend on inspection, testing, weight, purity, condition, market conditions, and our confirmation of the transaction. Website content is not investment advice.

3. Appointments and In-Store Transactions

Submitting a form or requesting an appointment does not complete a purchase, sale, repair agreement, or reservation. Our team will confirm any arrangements that require confirmation. Individual transactions are governed by the applicable quote, receipt, repair authorization, financing agreement, or other terms provided when the transaction is arranged. Ask the store about payment, deposits, returns, warranties, and cancellation terms before agreeing to a transaction.

Delivery and Number Changes

Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability, so texts may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned, and opt out of the old number before giving it up. To receive texts at a new number, complete a new opt-in. If our sending number changes, use the number shown in our current messages or contact our support team.

Text Messaging Privacy

We do not disclose mobile information or text messaging consent to third parties for their marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected for messaging, its permitted use, and the protections for SMS opt-in data and consent.

7. Email Communications

If you separately subscribe to marketing emails, you authorize Fayetteville Precious Metals Exchange LLC (Gold and Diamond Company) to email you about special offers, new inventory, store events, and related news. Email frequency varies. Text messaging consent does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and email consent does not subscribe you to texts. A purchase, inquiry, or submission of an email address alone does not constitute a marketing email subscription.

Marketing emails identify Gold & Diamond Company and include our mailing address and an unsubscribe option.
