- Schedule and manage appointments at our Fayetteville and Siloam Springs locations.
- Send you communications related to your transactions, including payment confirmations, item valuations, and receipts.

3. Email and SMS Communications
Separate Choices for Each Type of Communication
Marketing email, marketing text messages, and non-marketing text messages have separate consent choices. Providing contact details, visiting our website, making a purchase, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. You may opt into one type of communication, several types, or none. We use your selections to determine which communications you receive.
Text Message Program
By affirmatively opting in, you authorize Fayetteville Precious Metals Exchange LLC (Gold and Diamond Company) to send SMS or MMS messages to the number you provide, including messages sent through automated technology. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. Depending on your marketing and non-marketing consent selections, these may include:
- Promotional messages (marketing): recurring texts about special offers, discounts, sales, new products and inventory, and store events.
- Transactional messages (non-marketing): updates and confirmations about purchases, sales, or repairs you arrange with us.
- Alerts (non-marketing): appointment confirmations and reminders, service notifications, and responses to your inquiries.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you a text. You may receive a single non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out; further texts covered by your request will stop. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact hello@goldanddiamond.co or (479) 301-2438. You can also contact us to withdraw consent through another reasonable method.
We use mobile numbers, consent records, and messaging activity to operate the program, honor your preferences, provide support, and maintain appropriate records. See the SMS and MMS Text Messaging Terms for additional program details.
Marketing Email
If you separately subscribe to marketing email, you authorize Fayetteville Precious Metals Exchange LLC (Gold and Diamond Company) to send offers, new inventory announcements, event information, and related news. Email frequency varies. Each marketing email identifies Gold & Diamond Company and includes our mailing address and an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe through that link or by contacting us. Necessary non-promotional emails about transactions, appointments, or inquiries may continue after you unsubscribe from marketing email. Email and text messaging preferences are managed separately.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We may share information needed by vendors who help us operate our business, such as payment processors, hosting providers, customer support subcontractors, and communications delivery services. They may use that information only to provide services on our behalf, subject to the mobile information and consent restrictions below.
- Legal requirements: As a licensed precious metals dealer, we may be required by law to collect and report certain transaction information to state or local authorities.
- Business transfers: If we are acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your prior consent.
Mobile Information and Text Messaging Consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This may include keeping consent records and limited suppression information needed to document your choices and prevent unwanted marketing after an opt-out.
